Jayant is one of the co-founders of KalaManthan. He has strong professional experience of strategy, consulting & roadmap on today's digital world of product from inceptions to launch. He is also fond of writing poems and stories and has profound desire that some day his creativity will also be published. Kalamanthan is a dream project to unleash the creativity across the country and taking them on a higher platform. He stays with his spouse and daughter at Bangalore, India. Sarita, one of the co-founders of KalaManthan, is a teacher by profession, and a poet by heart. Her pen name is "Nirjhra" and she is parenting blogger on various sites who loves to dabble in stories and poetries. She is working into editorial team of women magazine "Pinkshe", which has a vision of bringing change in society perception of women. Her passion for words and love for poetries took an instant liking to the idea of KalaManthan. The creative mind behind the project, she wants to take the beauty of language among the young generation. She stays with her spouse and two teenage boys in Delhi, India. A evolving storyteller Baasab Chandana is on eof the core members of KalaManthan.He is known as “Taalib”,which means the seeker. Baasab comes from the land of Moksha, the cultural capital of the country Varanasi. He has done theatre for over a year and also was into the world of Radio for some time. His other talents include photography, singing and dancing. Another feather on the hat – He is a professional Emcee, loves to host shows and entertain people. His stories connect us with deep dark aspects of life which stirs the hearts.

Nilanjana has years of experience in teaching and admission counselling at educational institutions. Lastly she worked in a business development role at an Australian company involved in skill-development and corporate training. Holding a bachelor degree in social sciences and post graduate diplomas in information technology & sales management, she has vision of making KalaManthan a hub of artists.

Sandeep Shukla is a senior journalist, currently working with Rajya Sabha TV. He has an experience of more than 18 years in the field of Hindi journalism. He has worked with various news channels including Star News and Aaj Tak. He was a producer of the famous programme of RSTV "Kitaa", which dealt with bringing famous books by various authors including Noble Laureates too, into the mainstream. Having vast experience into this field he is a appreciated by his colleagues and fellow men for his creativity and professionalism.
Ipshita Banergee is a young dynamic language enthusiast. She is an assistant Professor in Ambedkar University and has participated in various research revolving around language. She is a Ph.D. in English Language education, and worked on analysing ESL classroom interaction from the teacher’s perspective in the context of teaching English to engineering students. She has also been a Corporate Trainer and Technical Writer and examiner for the Cambridge IELTS test. She had participated in various national and international workshop and seminar on language and got her research work published at various forums too.
Abhilekh Dwivedi, the name itself means 'archive' ! Once a manager in retail industry is now a creative writer for Radio Mirchi (FM 98.3) at Lucknow. Besides a corporate professional, he is a renowned writer of Hindi literature. After few published poetries, stories, articles, travelogues and 4 anthologies of poetry, he launched his 1st book, "Khayalo Ka Abhilekh", a book based on poems, in 2017 and in 2018 he wrote a novella on psychological counseling as "Char Adhuri Baaten". Char Adhuri Baaten is first of its kind in any Indian Language and by any Indian writer. He is a cricket fan but hates IPL and T20. He loves watching Web Series, a keen observer, travels and loves meeting people. Anything dark fascinates him be it tea, coffee, chocolate, subjects, humor or just a corner...!
